Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

Less ppl more work. But it also depends on the manager... If he/she is working there since longggg time... Then that scenario is goin to occur that they will try to get all the things (including work of other teams) by you Still be expecting your productivity should not be hampered.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Noida Sector 16, WTT sector only knows partiality. Those who will sit and dance by the words of the senior manager, manager and TL only they are available to survive... Such Patriarchal man centric environment

They give you training for 6 months. But the older staff who did not go through the training have no idea on how to proceed with the process
