No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

Working like insurance company employees will work only on life insurance there is so much class work in CRM NXT NBFC bank are paying same salaries it's only single product but we are doing multiple products heavy pressure

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance . Branch manager have to do everything. Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks . Products are sucks.

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Vigilance team Really pathetic behaviour. When you hire a employee to your bank please check his all transactions and bank accounts & all of things. When Employee join your organization and set to organization environment start gaining knowledge the vigilance team came and tracking your bank accounts it's very horrible things that vigilance team do and kick out from organization like a football. Nothing except good quality words and promises during hiring. Good infrastucture.

They have horrible management who are not capable of doing anything and just flowery words and words while hiring. They can be great speakers for motivation and when it comes to closing a deal they will start shifting blame on others when deal is not successful. There is nothing called work life balance even on all Saturdays and on month end Sundays also they will call just because the target of team is not met or target of region is not met or target of zone is not met whatever it is you have to come. Toxic work culture. No recognition even if you have done well, just a thumbs up in WhatsApp group with a promise that they have your name in mind for promotion which will go on for year after year. Kolkata WC team under SC is one such example whose fake flowery words and discrimination is one such example. Even while I was in hospital for 3 days, on 2nd day he was indirectly asking how much shall i disburse instead of asking for well being. Be ready for gaalis and uncivilized words if you want to join.
