Many things. First and foremost, there is a hierarchy and approaching top management is difficult. Any random work can be dumped upon you. Can't say for entire company but I did experience Groupism and borderline bullying.

Company is supportive in every front for their employees. Management took care very well of employees and their compensation during pandemic.

Dislikes

Some senior level people (location head) take their responsibilities as power to do anything and because of that employee has to offer. Not a case with me but saw it happening.
