Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

I like here hr policies and procedure and also work culture. I had got here promotion managers and management I very helpful.

Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Nothing except good quality words and promises during hiring. Good infrastucture.

They have horrible management who are not capable of doing anything and just flowery words and words while hiring. They can be great speakers for motivation and when it comes to closing a deal they will start shifting blame on others when deal is not successful. There is nothing called work life balance even on all Saturdays and on month end Sundays also they will call just because the target of team is not met or target of region is not met or target of zone is not met whatever it is you have to come. Toxic work culture. No recognition even if you have done well, just a thumbs up in WhatsApp group with a promise that they have your name in mind for promotion which will go on for year after year. Kolkata WC team under SC is one such example whose fake flowery words and discrimination is one such example.
