More about petty politics the the actual deliverables. Someone who wants to do honest work will not last too long in the political and biased culture that is rooted deep within

It's a terrible.place to work...no respect for people...they will abuse you verbally im front of managers and managers will just say..that happens everyday every where..don't worry about it... No work life balance...no respect for people...just have the work done and leave....nothing to learn...managers never engaging in learning the process...but will come on to you if even there is a slight delay from RM's. There is nothing I like actually, extremely terrible and abusive place to work ...HR also don't help much as they already are aware about the culture they establish... When I tried to involve senior management and Uday Kotak into the matter of being abusive culture...no responses from there....you can't expect anything from them frankly

All thing are good but the appraisal and regarding confirmation of the employee .they only give reason make more productivity. To get promotion rather you are good well in business and Productivity. And audit and compalince is much more important than employee. There are not job security in any way .

The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .
