Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance . Branch manager have to do everything. Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks . Products are sucks.

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Petty politics, biases towards certain employees, pathetic work culture and work life, no opportunities to advance regardless of how hard you work, negligent HR are just some. I would suggest to avoid at least in the tier 3 cities.

Lot of Vintages seniors there above 5 years old also 8 to 10 years old. Those are treat company and employees according. Lengthy work process take lot of time closed the cases. Nothing to like. No support to juniors. One of the example kamia sharma in forex dpt gurgaon is completely bias for her one pet junior staff. She do not support other team members and speaks in harsh manner. Seniors also takes no action against her.

They started ola uber facility but after some time this will increase time for booking ola Uber facility which is not good.

Lengthy process, every process they required approval, there is no technical and faster process available.
