Petty politics, biases towards certain employees, pathetic work culture and work life, no opportunities to advance regardless of how hard you work, negligent HR are just some. I would suggest to avoid at least in the tier 3 cities.

Not like kotak mahindra bank branch culture I am working last four year same branch but present time very worst experience in last 8 month no team work in this branch manager behavior just like a janvar and branch operation mager lady dufer no action no ream work magement

culture is good from company side. Working process is good for senp income consider for higher side. also good for lazy and shameless employees those are not like overload work, spend time accordingly. also flexible time.

Dislikes

Lot of Vintages seniors there above 5 years old also 8 to 10 years old. Those are treat company and employees according. Lengthy work process take lot of time closed the cases. No tat meters even though customer salaried and senp. Minimal staff in opps take more time for disbursal not separate team for all products. Nothing to like. No support to juniors. One of the example kamia sharma in forex dpt gurgaon is completely bias for her one pet junior staff. She do not support other team members and speaks in harsh manner. Seniors also takes no action against her.

They started ola uber facility but after some time this will increase time for booking ola Uber facility which is not good.

Lengthy process, every process they required approval, there is no technical and faster process available. For small small request we required to raised service request through branch like form 15 g/h, address change, passbook apply if customer not using online things so he or she have to visit branch only, current acc fixed depositwe can not break online customer have to visit branch so business will impact...Read More
