Work culture liked very much they care for their employees.
They gave require stationery compare to other bank other bank doing cost cutting.
Any one can do job there till retirement.
I don't like only they dnt gave good rating and on rating time they listen only branch manager what he said they gave that rating which I dnt like .good employee now leaving kotak why because they will not have good rating ....Read More
