Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Kotak Mahindra Bank Noida Sector 16, WTT sector only knows partiality. Those who will sit and dance by the words of the senior manager, manager and TL only they are available to survive... Such Patriarchal man centric environment

They give you training for 6 months. But the older staff who did not go through the training have no idea on how to proceed with the process
