Only thing positive there is training. They give good training. But there is no scope for growth.

Dislikes

Partiality is the worst thing there and if u have health issues for one month they don't think how you worked before, they will make you feel guilty for the month you are not well. Keep on insulting. And there is no appraisal if you dont do what your higher official said, but you may finished all your targets also.

Work Details

My work is full of marketing. As i am a fresher its new to me and i have problems converting the lead. But as soon i got the trick i managed to make businesses. But in somehow i got demotivated when i am ill for one month it made me to resign the job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
