No any job security and career growth in casa vertical. Casa product is very poor than other Banks.

Work in kotak mahindra bank ia good But there are no more scope in future . Customer base is very low in some location so it became horrible to reach the target

Dislikes

Not so walk in branch you must have to roam here and there for the target .
