Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. People like Uday Kotak who is the MD of this bank don't want it's employees to live a peaceful & comfortable life in this organisation. It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

Undue work pressure. Working culture is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.

They give you training for 6 months. But the older staff who did not go through the training have no idea on how to proceed with the process
