First of all It's not an organisation it's a Korean prison with lots of self obsessed idiots around you, bullying & scolding Indian staff without a reason. One thing was good that they treat all the Indians equally bad except 2-3 who use to say what the supreme leader & his chotu stooge wants to hear. Who should join- one who wants to learn some life lessons like testing one's patience level, how to bear mental harassment, money should not be the sole reason of job selection etc. Your self respect will be attacked every single day & every day is like a decade there. By the time you will realise what is happening around, you would loose your confidence, self respect, half of your professional skills would be gone, english speaking & writing capability will be gone (their explanation to what they write & speak is super funny & most of time senseless).
