All the policy and procedures are systematic, and the staffs are good. The balance between life and work are also amazing, so really satisfied with the working life of Kookmin Bank. I trustly recommend the joining the Kookmin Bank.

First of all It's not an organisation it's a Korean prison with lots of self obsessed idiots around you, bullying & scolding Indian staff without a reason. One thing was good that they treat all the Indians equally bad except 2-3 who use to say what the supreme leader & his chotu stooge wants to hear. Who should join- one who wants to learn some life lessons like testing one's patience level, how to bear mental harassment, money should not be the sole reason of job selection etc. Your self respect will be attacked every single day & every day is like a decade there. By the time you will realise what is happening around, you would loose your confidence, self respect, half of your professional skills would be gone, english speaking & writing capability will be gone (their explanation to what they write & speak is super funny & most of time senseless). It is a pathetic place to work. There are no processes or policies defined. The Koreans are extremely rude and have no respect for Indian staff/ culture/ values. The management has trust issues. They have illogical/ irrational expectations from employees/ business deals. Not at all an employee friendly place. More of a dictatorship organisation.

Very terrible experience working with Kookmin Bank, Gurugram Branch and I don't want to face similar experience by other banking professionals.

Dislikes

One man show. Whatever korean say everything has to follow and Indian staff working second citizen in our own country and humiliated by Koreans evey day. Koreans are treating as slave to indian employees, even they don't bother of Regulator and Indian laws.

Regular employee recognition, celebrate achievement and contributions Personally, my experience was good with this organization, I have enjoyed my work and good time with my colleagues. If you are competent and have good skills to work individually so, you would definitely like to do work in this organization.

Working culture is so terrible that not even a single pros counts well for the organization.

This organization is not recommended to professional people because only MD wants is followed here. Employees are mentally tortured while doing work with the additional torture of apology letter just to satisfy management's ego without any reason. Humanity will not be found here. This is a worst place to work.

Terrible experience to work for them. During this tough situation, bank's management threatened to source business in whatever manner, people are threatened to source business even from their own family so some people placed their own family fixed deposit with bank. No trainings at any level, only one way communication. No job security, no respect for Indian staff. Many more worse to share.

Management talks something and does something. No vision, no knowledge of how people management works. Different set of rules for Indian and foreign nationals. No respect for Indians.
