Working at this organisatuion is deeply disappointing experience. The company culture is toxic, with little to no regards for employee well-being. Leadership seemed more focused on short-term results than fostering a healthy and dupportive work environment. Communication from management is inconsistent and often left employees in the dark about key decisions that directly impacted our work. Feedback and suggestions is ignored, making it clear that employee voices have no value. The workload is overwhelming and there was no support or recognition for the effort put in. Even when an employee hasn't made any mistake, they are still required to submit an apology letter. Burnout is common in this Bank and organisation do nothing to address it.
