- No Promotion/Appraisal for experienced employees until they buttering their managers or unit head. - No Learning, just doing the same job - No support from managers or top management when you are not medically fit to come to office and asking for working remotely, they forced you to resign if you not able to come to office.

It is really good at working on NatWest Bank, the culture is so good also. People are also supportive and because of Hybrid nature there is flexibility of working.
