Terrible experience to work for them. During this tough situation, bank's management threatened to source business in whatever manner, people are threatened to source business even from their own family so some people placed their own family fixed deposit with bank. No trainings at any level, only one way communication. No job security, no respect for Indian staff . Many more worse to share....Read More

Management talks something and does something. No vision, no knowledge of how people management works. Different set of rules for Indian and foreign nationals. No respect for Indians.

U can be asked to leave any time without proper reasons Discrimination between Korean and Indian national Different rules for Koreans and Indians No respect for indian staff Only one way communication.
