Well its all upon your behaviour your working skills, bondings, if you're good enough you see that every one good for you, so i simply advice- do not let go chance to working with Kochar infotech. I never even assume in my dreams that my job isn't secure.

Nothing . very toxic work culture. They expect everything from you, and they also cut your full day salary for 1 min late login. total torture and human less behavior by QA team as well. they use slangs too. Avoid this company.

I think that they need to priority his experience agent not a fresher because i am working with the company for last 10 month and after the ram down of the process they move agent some other process , we are selected for the process but after that they asked batch is full because previously we have already assign a fresher

Sometimes my working 8 hours were completed on the Software... but when I used to ask my night shift TL ... he said that it's pending... so do not logout now... wait for my update..
