They say the hike will be in October, but when October comes, they say November, and when November comes, they push it to January. Every HR team does this. They should be disciplined for leaking data, but in this company, disciplinary action doesn't seem to apply to HR, which is highly frustrating. I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.
