I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.

Dislikes

Break exceeds are considered as half a day or Lop, sometime preferred weekly offs will not be available as per our plan, salary appraisal will be provided with delay in months.

Honestly, there is nothing in that place to like. I have never worked for such a low class company its the worst.

I like that even if they don't like your work or you, they would do whatever possible to get you out but they would not be able to gather confidence to confront you with the issue.

everything. The company is filled with meek people in powerful managerial places. Anybody looking for growth should not work with these fools

They are an established company that give job offers to a lot of freshers

Dislikes

They do not have a growth based work culture and most people aren’t motivated. The scope for learning new things is quite low and hence growth in terms of skills might be what you expect
