There is nothing good working in KGISL- stupid concern to step in- foolish decision- May ne the IT fields are good- I mean the Admin block handled by the useless fellows- in coimbatore- It is called the facility block- please don't enter and waste your service there- The heads there are not upto the mark- they are wasting the service of people who they hire.

I am sorry that I cannot even say how horrible to work in KGISL facility block- cbe- IF you wash the shoes of the head there you can survive- or you have to look worst- if you dress decently or speak good english they will not allow you to stay there- stupid management - hope those who read this will know who are the heads- don't want to mention their stupid names- Please don't enter into the facility department and waste your carrier A good management will strive to keep the employees who work for them. But these .... does not bother of the charges they put to train a employee- if they don't like their decent dressing or who speak good english they will fire you out-then again they will recruit ppl and train them and again send them out- They don't care even if you work good- waste ppl in the world are the heads in the department- pls dont go...Read More

I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.
