AS A QUALITY INSPECTOR YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN IN KARAMTARA (UNIT1,2 AND SOLAR) I DON'T SUGGEST UNIT FASTENER AND PROFILE (STEEL). BUT HR DEPARTMENT OF KARAMTARA UNIT 2 ARE WORSE BUT YOU WILL HAVE 80 % JOB SECURITY WITH LESS PAYMENT FOR FRESHER AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER CONNECTION INSIDE. ON THE OTHER HAND SAME COMPANIES UNIT 1 AND UNIT SOLAR HAVE BEST HR POLICIES WITH 60% PERCENT JOB SECURITY AND GOOD PAYMENT COMPARE TO OTHER UNITS AND ALSO PROPER FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED TO FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCE PERSON (PL, JOINING LATER , PF NUMBER (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITHIN 4 MONTHS, ID CARD) ON THE OTHER HAND IN UNIT 2 YOU WILL NOT GET ANY OF THIS EXCEPT FOR THE PF NUMBER THAT TOO AFTER CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP WITH HR DEPARTMENT SO IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF JOINING KARAMTARA ( ONLY GO WITH UNIT SOLAR AND UNIT 1 IF YOUR SALARY IS GOING TO BE BELOW 20K) ITS NOT SALARY ITS POST BUT I AM TRYING TO PUT THAT IN A EASY WAY...Read More

Sales & Marketing Head Mr Sanjeev Bhatia and his colleague Mr Ankit Kaushik both don't have sence of managing a team. Sanjeev just keeps on shouting and yelling rather than guiding. These both guys are just worst people to work with. Extreme level of favouritism. I don't recommend anyone working under/with these duo. Loosers!!
