It's a learning hub for basic engineering.

Dislikes

No growth and full harassment of freshers. No increment after 1 and 1-2 years of work. No job security can be fired anytime no holidays no weekly offs. Engineers are treated as workers.Only meant for non technicals.

It's not Karamtara Engineering pvt ltd it's karamtara Training centre. Best training for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduate. If you dare to work here there is no other company where you can't work.

I used to work at KEPL unit profiles which is basically a rolling mill. A lot to learn from here, freedom to learn anything.
