This company is a good platform for freshers to learn in the field of production,maintenance and quality and also CNC operating.Companies management system is good for the growth of the company.

Companies growth is good but employees growth is very poor.working pressure is high,salary increment is less.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Company Culture is not so good, if you working at HR department. Everyone is only Blaming everyone. Company is careless about CNC machines. All responsibility is on operator and supervisor. Clean Drinking water is not available for workers. Toilets are so dirty except HR department Toilet. Workers are treated like machines. It's all about KARAMTARA UNIT -2.

Sales & Marketing Head Mr Sanjeev Bhatia and his colleague Mr Ankit Kaushik both don't have sence of managing a team. Sanjeev just keeps on shouting and yelling rather than guiding. These both guys are just worst people to work with. Extreme level of favouritism. I don't recommend anyone working under/with these duo. Loosers!!
