Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. Company Culture is not so good, if you working at HR department. Everyone is only Blaming everyone. Company is careless about CNC machines. All responsibility is on operator and supervisor. Clean Drinking water is not available for workers. Toilets are so dirty except HR department Toilet. Workers are treated like machines. It's all about KARAMTARA UNIT -2.

Sales & Marketing Head Mr Sanjeev Bhatia and his colleague Mr Ankit Kaushik both don't have sence of managing a team. Sanjeev just keeps on shouting and yelling rather than guiding. These both guys are just worst people to work with. Extreme level of favouritism. I don't recommend anyone working under/with these duo. Loosers!!
