The Cooperate (HR & Admin) team service to be improved. There is lag on services like openness in communications, addressing the employee concerns, willingness to act the criticism to improve the work environment, etc.,

It seems to be a Japanese MNC, but its not. Senior positions and mid managers are given to Indians which bring in again the same old Indian mindset at the workplace. No flexible work times even for emergency reasons needs to come office or apply leave. HR rule books are too confusing and not at all employee friendly.
