Sr. Manager, Chief Manager, AGM-HR (Contract Labour Management)

Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd, headquartered in Mumbai with 8 manufacturing facilities in Boisar, Nagpur and Bhuj is looking for the seasoned HR professional with core expertise in Contract Labour Management.

• He should have handled 2000 plus contract labourers and 40 plus contractors.
• The person shall possess good knowledge of statutory compliances and should have worked in multiple plant set up.

• The person must be aggressive and go getter with minimum 17 years of experience.
• Age : 45 & below.
• The person should be from the Western suburbs of Mumbai /Palghar region and if from other parts, then he must be willing to relocate with family.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Place of work : Boisar
