Karamtara - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (5-10 yrs)

About The Job:

- As a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance, and preparing detailed reports.

- You will be responsible for reviewing financial records, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data in SAP.

- This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review of Trial Balance: Ensure the timely review and follow-up for monthly closings.

- Monthly MIS and Variance Analysis: Prepare and review monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) data, with detailed variance analysis.

- Generate SAP-based Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports with insights and analysis.

- Reporting & Analysis: Perform monthly analyses such as Rate Analysis, Ratio Analysis, and Overheads Analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Compliance and Accounting Oversight: Monitor overall accounting practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

- Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for raw materials, consumables, and contractors, ensuring the accuracy of taxation details.

- Liaison & Communication: Address and resolve queries from internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com / Chartered Accountant (ACA) or a diploma in taxation from a reputed university.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a large industry.

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA/FICO is mandatory.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and a flexible approach to work
