Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA (5-8 yrs)

Position: Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance)

Experience:- 5 to 8 Years (CA Qualified and semi qualified)

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Kurla (Mumbai)

Job Descriptions:

1)To monitor day to day accounting entries and banking transactions of Group of Companies

2)To manage TDS, GST, PF & ESIC monthly compliances

3)Liaoning with Banks for Foreign Outward remittances

4)Monthly finalisation of accounts and presenting MIS to the Management

5)To monitor accounting of 2 subsidiary Companies in Bangladesh and Dubai

6)Co-ordinating with the Consultants of the subsidiary Companies for all VAT, TDS, Audit, and Income tax filings in the respective Countries

7)Monitor FEMA Compliances with respect to the foreign subsidiary Companies

8)To manage SEBI Compliances applicable to BSE SME Listed Companies

9)To prepare monthly Budget and Budget variance reports and present it to the Management

10)Quarterly Finalisation of accounts and reporting as applicable to BSE SME Listed Companies

11)Consolidation of Financials

12)Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor for finalisation of accounts

13)Prepare Annual Report and Investors presentation

14)Assist the management and different fund-raising activities for all the Group companies
