Company has lot projects of export, very much to learn, I taking care of steel structures. long shifts but you learn by execution. freedom to do job. the only problem is the company does not want to spend money on employees except top management employees. if CEO leaves company it will be very good, but the promoter think CEO is doing good by exploiting everyone and saves money for the company. may be he saves money but because of this approach creates disatisfaction among employees. no appraisal except people who are close to big bosses.

It's a learning hub for basic engineering.

Dislikes

No growth and full harassment of freshers. No increment after 1 and 1-2 years of work. No job security can be fired anytime no holidays no weekly offs. Engineers are treated as workers.Only meant for non technicals.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

No traveling facilities and food facilities

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

1. HRD is just a name, has no authority of their own. Policies are just for the management to alter as and when needed. 2. No appraisal process, possibly you may end up losing your job before you are due for appraisal. 3. Unnecessary strictness which has no balance with productivity. (u sage of mobile phones will cost your job here) 4. Desk warming till late in the evening is an art you are forced to learn here. 5. Work life balance is pathetic, as at the end you are being compared with the business head about his dedication to the company. (irrespective of your designation) 6. Micro management is the online motto of the department (Transmission), no hierarchy leads to open exploitation by the HOD. 7. No platform to discuss/raise issues in the organisation as the HOD is responsible to manipulate the policies as and when required as per his convince. 8. Was simply doing job on your own, self learning, and getting credit for non. Because that has to go to the HOD. Thanks to the management for giving autonomy to the HOD which has made him selfcentric. Overall medicure work life experience.

Director's personally not involved and watch on Top Management activity. During my tenure of 5 years, I have utilise my IT experience, skills and professionally handle & develop so many big IT projects and deploy IT infra and system policies & streamline process in automation which is hasslefree to new comer. but my actual reporting head bypass and not look at my contribution to organisation. During recession, come under others influence and ask me to leave.
