Next, technology and security are way too high and updated. Coming to the pays and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees are a lot helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance. Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Teammates are good and every body is very helpful except senior Management. Some new technologies to explore.

Dislikes

Senior Management is very 3rd class. They all are non technical guys. They don't want to understand any situation, only thing they want to see the results no matter what. Leave policy is Terrible. No PF deduction. No Appraisals , No Onsite Opportunities. Very Terrible Company.
