Well let me introduce myself first, I am HR Manager in a well-known Kapstone LLC INDIA HEADQUARTER and holding a total of 2 years of experience. First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next, technology and security are way too high and updated. Coming to the pays and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees are a lot helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance. Now coming to things that I like about my company. Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.
