This is a person driven organization and most of the employees are either relatives or friends of the founders. The organization doesn't have much projects, even they have deducted 20% of their CTC from few employees to manage their office expense. Your probation period will not end until you are allocated to any project and now a days they are asking employees to resign who are on bench for more than 3 months. Dislikes

Too much internal politics and favotrism. Inferior support projects. Low salary as per market standards. All non technical managers. No additional allowance or travel benefits. Mandatory work from office.

Teammates are good and every body is very helpful except senior Management. Some new technologies to explore.

Dislikes

Senior Management is very 3rd class. They all are non technical guys. They don't want to understand any situation, only thing they want to see the results no matter what. Leave policy is Terrible. No PF deduction. No Appraisals , No Onsite Opportunities. Very Terrible Company.
