Good People and culture in lower band upto Manager

Higher Management are dumb and doesn't think about employees. HR dept is worst and takes very illogical decesions. Whole HR dept need to be fired first.

kisi v project ka sahi payment na sahi lc na hi sahi se da milta hai filancer majbur hai aur kuch kar nahi sakta uska fayda company utha rahi hai 100 rs ke rate hota hai 60 int ko milta hai koi chake nahi kare bala jo man me aaye laga do aur party karo

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

People at the senior levels in the team are also involved in end to end project management. There are regular discussions about any given project.

Dislikes

Less resources are employed are maximum projects are undertaken. Holidays are not always free or relaxing. There are times when you are required to work on weekends and it is very normal for your boss to tell you about it. Working hours are almost always extended.

There one should be having Vast domain knowledge and internal analysis life cycle in a broader view.

There is no upskilling.They are not recruiting any new employee.During the time of multiple deliverables there is breathtaking workload on an individual that the persona can collapse.Manager is very toxic and has no simple fellow feeling for his subordinates.Manager is least interested to take up any responsibility but assigns ample number of tasks to the people who uses to report to him.
