Getting salary on time.

Dislikes

It is Manager driven company. If the employee is lucky and gets the good manager, life will be easy. But if you dont get, it becomes very toxic culture to work with.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
