Young and energetic team mates, fairly professional. Office canteen provides decent lunch and free afternoon snack. There is cab drop off facility.

Dislikes

There is clear disparity of work pressure from project to project. In some projects people with 2-3 years of experience and much higher package, are living a pretty life with 8-9 hrs of maximum office time, where as freshers and inexperienced employees are thrust into soul draining labour without a modicum of training in some of theworst planned projects ive ever seen in anywhere and are expected to figure everything out by themselves. Also if one delivers correctly a 1000 times and then there is 1 mistake, your manager will make sure the issue is made into something along the scale of third world war and all your previous contributions are absolutely worthless.
