Likes

Very good and ethical company with supportive Japanese team mates. They are always ready to guide n support. They value for talent and very professional no politics in the companyn. Very good and clear future planing for employee. Japanese are the best.

Dislikes

Basically time management. Being in sales. I hate reaching office at 9 o'clock sharp even when you have no work. Time punctuality is restrict. Working should be flexible hours.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as I was alone in my department and was reporting directly to Japan. I learnt everything on the job.
