There is no HR policy. To my knowledge, one of my ex-colleagues has not received gratuity even after completion of 6 years. There may be many more whose money has been embezzled and whose e-mails or phone calls have not been answered. They do not have any experience handling/managing large Govt. projects. They get these projects with low budgets, which is why they do not have any appraisal policy for their employees. In fact, is is a shop with big name. They would provide you with bare minimum salary just enough to be on the verge of bankruptcy any day, never heard of promotions from anyone. Work-life balance depends on project site, To be a fresher it's a good company but as some say “You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain”
