The company is open and ready for innovations as well as adoption to latest technology, but the serious challenge on ground is slowing down the process. The work is very challenging and improves your exposure and development of human relationship with the community.

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible, job security is also poor, all as a result of serious challenges in revenue generation. This also results to very slow growth. Impunity to some staff as a result of their affiliations to the shareholders of the company even if they commit the worst fraud is ano ther factor hampering the growth of the company. There is also no any form of training given to the staff, but only on-the-job training obtained from the experienced older staffs....Read More
