Dislikes

Compensation is terrible, job security is also poor, all as a result of serious challenges in revenue generation. This also results to very slow growth. Impunity to some staff as a result of their affiliations to the shareholders of the company even if they commit the worst fraud is another factor hampering the growth of the company. There is also no any form of training given to the staff, but only on-the-job training obtained from the experienced older staffs.
