It was closer to my residence and compqny transportation was available.

Company work culture is very bad...there is absolutely no job security....they follow hire and fire policy...no work life balance...no team outings and trainings..Very strict attendance...No parity in salary..they also follow do as I say not as I do kind of culture.

Worst culture. There r not give respect to employees. Especially hr people. And increments also less and their following reasonal feelings. Especially HR Jyothi she not give respect when I'm taking relivng time she irritate me. Tooo much worst.
