I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. It is very good work experience. Very happy, healthy and helping atmosphere. I love working here, 100% job security. Management take decision considering all employers.Company policies good for employees.
