Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Jsimple is always open to innovative ideas given by employees. A very encouraging atmosphere especially for employees who would like to try new roles and take up new responsibilities in the organization. The CEO himself takes initiative in teaching new techniques but only for those who are ambitious and are really willing to make achange. Friendly atmosphere but training sessions are less. An extremely fast-growing company so no scope for faults and wrong deliveries. If you are someone who would like to extend yourself into new roles to explore your own potential. Jsimple can be really very helpful. No salary cuts during covid. WFH was provided to all employees. Monitoring of work was done as its a small company. But overall great learning experience....Read More

Less training sessions and delay in salary by a day or two. Work pressure is there. Not an ordinary 9-5 job. People who think out of the box and really want to reach heights should join who have a willingness and urge to explore challenging roles.
