Great work culture, very supportive leadership and always motivate their employees to do their best. Great opportunity to grow your carrier. If you are a hard worker then there is a lot to learn and to achieve. All team members are very friendly to each other. I really enjoyed working here for the past 2 years.

There is no job security. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work weekends also . Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Every one is behave like manager , either that person is BA or sales executive.

Extremely friendly environment. Open door policy. The management is very friendly and understanding toward every individual and treat all like family. They extend a helping hand to all the employees who have the willingness and show dedication. I would recommend to all ambitious freshers. The product is great and covers every aspectof what really a HR software should have. Need more dedicated employees. Few of the hardworking employees have really dedicated themselves in achieving the goals of the company and it really inspires their juniors. Jsimple is always open to innovative ideas given by employees. A very encouraging atmosphere especially for employees who would like to try new roles and take up new responsibilities in the organization. The CEO himself takes initiative in teaching new techniques but only for those who are ambitious and are really willing to make achange. Friendly atmosphere but training sessions are less. An extremely fast-growing company so no scope for faults and wrong deliveries. If you are someone who would like to extend yourself into new roles to explore your own potential. Jsimple can be really very helpful. No salary cuts during covid. WFH was provided to all employees. Monitoring of work was done as its a small company. Less training sessions and delay in salary by a day or two. Work pressure is there. Not an ordinary 9-5 job. People who think out of the box and really want to reach heights should join who have a willingness and urge to explore challenging roles.
