Indirect taxation team is very good and working in various industries. Learning for a new joinee will be good. The person will get exposure in various areas in taxation.

Dislikes

No work life balance, too much pressure on the managers, huge attrition rate from trainees to senior managers. Work will be extracted by harsh words, raising voice. For every issues, the partner will unnecessary shout while review or other. Way of speaking is not good by the partners and this carries on till bottom level. Also remember, there is camera surveillance at every corner. Hence partners can remotely access and view what you are doing. If you are simply standing for some reason, you ll be sent screenshot and asked to show cause. Company ll make propaganda by providing pics and congrats photo in social media, but don't fall for the prey. Timing is fixed. You can't move out before that time.
