It was good at first, when I joined, good WFH benefits, WFH equipment reimbursement. Good culture.

Dislikes

The culture is not moving in a good direction, there is very less to No appreciation, team culture are going into abyss. Its just becoming a service based company. They are ending the WFH policy. Hike are bad, suddenly they unofficially rollout a policy during appraisal cycle, that management has decided to not give anyone the top rating, everyone has doing only satisfactory work. This is biggest b_llshit i have ever seen....Read More

Only Name of JPMC is good

Dislikes

This is a division of JPMC previously known as Tavisca. Too much politics and Favouritism for previously hired folks. Managers like folks who licks their boot. No career growth. Managers Running companies like they own it. Very unhealthy environment. Leads will give negative feedback if their CTC is lower than others.
