This place is only for people who are career oriented and are looking to do something in life. It has a balance of work and fun but if you give more priority to fun that is imbalance then this place is not for you. Job security I believe is the best and all the tools and resources are provided to you to help you in your way to success. And this is coming from a person who at one time hated working here cause I was young and had different ambitions so chose to go my separate way. What I disliked was you will find fake people, but they are everywhere so that's just a personal perception. They will come in between your personal relationships at work. But understand that that's there only so it does not affect your career and you are on track. Basically they will intervene if they feel that you have great potential but are distracted with something or someone.
