Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?

If you do your job right it will remain only okay with u.. But if you have any problems for two continuous months you will be on improvement plan. And kicked out very tactfully. If youbdo your job right and be very good with your close to ur manager .. You will only then be promoted

Except salary I didn't know the reason why they had to kick me out I had family issues they kept telling me I don't know English then in the very first place why they took me also oncalls they used to tell me to get up and hold meeting. Forced to put down papers I hope God gives them good sound mind to run the company bcoz they can't just remove sincere hardworking people with good communication skills. They have so many departments to work for and I have changed so many that one could keep learning. So cant mention all just know that it's a Banking firm where I worked and everything that comes under banking.
