Accept or Reject?
12 YOE, and I am getting 601 grade (software engineer II - Associate) JPMorgan Chase with 29LPA as Fix. Shall I opt-in and take this offer and role? I expected to get 602 at least with my YOE. Pls advice JP folks. Thanks in advance.
