CIB SST TA team is pathetic. Worst project of my career. Favouritism. Unbelievably impossible deadlines. Minimum 14 hours work per day continuously. No comp offs no leave policy , always on call, multiple releases per month on weekends, everything is critical. Micromanagement is encouraged. Sometimes i felt even managers were helpless, no option. Only cunning people who blame on others can survive, others will end up messing of their health. You will be low key forced to contribute to company and CIB initiatives even if your project has too much of work and have no time. Developers are treated like labour. Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

New managers and new team leaders in Bangalore site with pathetic team efforts. Where managers are caught in indecent acts and fired and rehired after one month but still in office. Ignoring it all that the American clients are not notified. And when raised voice. You will be fired or mentally tortured in office by managers in claims EMM and DR department in tower C of 7th floor. People are suffering the wrong management introduced newly. Please take a survey from them about the previous management and new management. Biggest cheats of this place are manager Ruben Powell, and team leader Nitya Roseleen. Who abuse each other behind each other and act like best friends infront of people and doing all the unethical activities including harassing the employees and scaring them and showing hand signs as a threat.
